Had my upper teeth extracted yesterday and didn’t even have any anxiety or worrisome feeling it was all good vibes and good ppl ty Mr monfredi for starting my journey to a better smile and healthier smile I appreciate all of you and the IV sedation is super good didn’t even realized what happened until I was at home sipping on water with stitches in my mouth 100% recommend this office my stitches were a lil too long but besides that perfect 💯🤞🏼❤️🙏🏼✝️

Just want to thank Monefredi Dental for their excellent care and for accommodating our last minute request for our 6 year old son’s dental emergency. They got us in the next morning, and were so understanding about me having to bring my one year old daughter (new walker) who was very curious and mildly invasive in their office. Lol You guys are so amazing and professional. We are so grateful to be patients with you!

I was very impressed with my whole experience. My health plan recommended Monfredi Family Dental. So I called to make an appointment and I was in the office an hour latter having a dentist look at my teeth. The staff took xrays and made a treatment plan for me. Very friendly office staff. I really liked the dentist. My follow up visit is scheduled for Monday next week. I am going to recommend to my wife to set up an appointment for her next check up.

My first experience at the new location for Monfredi Family Dental was nothing less than spectacular. Most people hate going to the dentist and while I share that sentiment generally, Dr. Monfredi and her team make it all worthwhile. The entire team is very hospitable. Immediately upon arrival you are welcomed joyfully by Mike and his team. The dental hygienists are very knowledgeable and kind. My hygienist for the day was Edith. She was great. In need of dental work? I suggest looking no further than Monfredi Family Dental.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Columbus OH in 2019. The staff is professional and I can tell Dr. Monfredi treats her staff very well. The front desk will try to do their best to accommodate you and try to get you in when it’s a cancellation. Mike is a very good person with a welcoming attitude and great spirit God bless him and Dr. Monfredi. I would highly recommend coming here if you need dental work done. I will always allow them to have a party in my mouth because I know they clean up nice lol 🫶🏽😂

I took my teenage son for some much needed dental work and I was amazed by their dedication and helpfulness to get him scheduled and a treatment plan set up. Dr Monfredi and her office staff are the best! I will soon be taking my whole family to their office. Best dental office in the Hilliard/Galloway/Columbus area by far !!

My son and I had a great experience here. The staff was professional, efficient, and welcoming. As a POC, it was comforting to see diversity among the team. Our hygienists had amazing bedside manner, and our teeth feel so clean! The office was spotless yet cozy—and the adorable office dog was the cherry on top!

I needed a new dentist, was having some pain. The amazing staff got me in within a week. I ended up needing a few cavities fixed and was able to have them fixed same day!! Dr. Hamza and Carla were amazing! I made the rest of my family appointments for cleanings before I left! So glad we made the switch!

I had went to several dentist offices. I needed my teeth pulled and because of my health other dentist turned me away. I was in agony. I was at a loss for what to do. Finally I called them and they got me in right away. They scheduled me to pull my teeth within a few days. I would of not had to suffer for so long had i went to them 1st. Everyone there is so friendly and makes your visit pleasurable. I would recommend this dental office to anyone that wants good and fast friendly dental work. If you don't care about that then go anywhere else.

Today was my first appointment. I have very severe anxiety when it comes to the dental office. I walked up to the door and could feel my heart beating out of my chest. As soon as I reached the door I was greeted by the cutest doggy ever! That was immediate relief for me. My experience continued with very pleasant receptionist. My dentist and my dental assistant were both amazing and very understanding of my anxiety, as well as my immediate concern. I was treated with care and compassion. That meant so much to me! I absolutely scheduled another appointment to take care of my routine dental hygiene and will continue to return for all of my dental needs!

The entire team from the front office to the clinical staff made me feel at ease. They took the time to explain things clearly, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and created a clear plan for my dental care. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Both myself and my husband had come here in the past and really liked it. We decided to switch the kids over as we weren’t fond of the place we went before. All 3 of them talked so highly of their experience today! They used to complain when it was time for dentist appts but they’re already talking about their next visit! Staff is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! They answered all our questions and let me room hop to check on each of my kids. Highly recommend

I had been looking for a new dental office for quite some time. I was not happy with my previous office and was looking for a place that not only eased my anxiety, but also wanted to form a relationship instead of just processing me like a bill. I’m so happy to have found this loving and professional team!

We have been going to Monfredi Family Dental for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say about our experience there. Dr. Monfredi has a comprehensive background in dentistry as a patient and dentist - I highly recommend reading about her experience with dentistry on their website. My children and I adore the hygienists and their time with Dr. Monfredi. I have had a wonderful experience as well as both a patient and a parent of patients. Sometimes our appointments are a little chaotic with bringing the kids along, but we are always welcomed with big smiles and lots of patience. The front office experience is smooth and I always feel informed about what is going on and any potential billing. They do refer out to other offices for any needs that are outside of their scope of service (such as orthodontics), but they are open and honest in their recommendations and of course patients are always welcome to do their own research and select their own care providers. They also do a great job of follow up with patients in our experience. When we had some loose baby teeth that were just refusing to come out and impacting the ability to close lips properly we heard back from the office during off hours. This quick call was so appreciated! We were able to get some feedback that all was OK and what we could do in the meantime. The facility is bright and welcoming. Location has plenty of available parking and easily accessible for those using a mobility device. They also have a diverse staff, many of whom speak fluent Spanish which can help with folks who may speak English but are more comfortable in their native language. Make sure you do your research to see if your insurance plan is accepted, they also offer a Dental Membership Plan for families who may not have dental insurance benefits. As always, ask questions especially if you are concerned about additional costs related to your care. All in all, we have had a great experience with this office and would highly recommend giving them a try for any dental needs.

Monfredi Family Dental is amazing from my experience. I've had routine cleanings, crowns, fillings and an extraction. Never had any excess pain from any of the procedures. They do an amazing job getting you numb, before the numbing shot. I swear on this last one I didn't even feel the needle. They listen and actually help with your issue on hand. I've recommended them to all my family and several friends and all have been very satisfied. I will continue to be a patient with them and will forever recommend them to anyone needing dental services.

I had an emergency dental situation today, December 19, 2024, I called their office this morning, and Trina got me right in with a same day appointment. I'm so grateful to the folks at Monfredi Family Dental. The level of professionalism, courtesy, compassion and the genuine caring atmosphere of the staff has always made me feel welcome, and apart of the offices Friends and Family Inner Circle. Dr Monfredi is seriously thee best dentist around! ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 Stars all around ☆☆☆☆☆

Dr. H and Carla were amazing and very thorough! I was going somewhere else in the past for my check ups pretty consistently with another dentist and I was always told I didn’t have any issues. Dr. h looked at my teeth and immediately let me know of some things related to my teeth no dentist has ever mentioned to me in the past. For today’s visit I felt I had a thorough examination. I’m glad I came here! 10/10 recommend.

If I could give them 10 stars I so would. In the past I’ve had horrible dental experiences at other places. I was very much at ease here and everyone was so nice and professional. I was terrified going in because of past experiences but they make you feel right at home! Definitely look forward to going back.
