In those situations, we work together with nearby providers and make a referral recommendation taking into account many factors (e.g. best possible care, prior patient feedback, insurance participation, etc.). Although we have offices that we refer to regularly, we do not control the environment or procedures of those offices. If there is a negative interaction at another office, we take all feedback seriously and make adjustments as necessary. At the end of the day, we pride ourselves on providing the best possible care, with the best possible experience in Columbus.
